The Challenge

Brand Strategy

In the summer of 2021, Click to Therapy was in its early startup phase. Despite having a clear mission, their branding was still rudimentary.

 

Together, we aimed to develop a strong yet flexible brand presence to support their growth.

After thoughtfully analyzing the competition and current trends, we identified a gap in the typical communications within this industry.

 

Most mental health companies opted for a very strict and cold brand personality. As a dynamic and modern startup offering a brand-new product, we decided to differentiate ourselves.

We made a deliberate choice to develop a vibrant, joyful, and playful brand personality that conveys the significance of mental health in contemporary terms.

Digital Marketing

Over the years, we have run numerous digital brand campaigns with tremendous success. Some of our posts have gone viral, reaching millions of impressions and sparking countless online discussions.

We now produce creative content across almost all digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and newsletters. From the beginning, our goal has been to build an outgoing, authoritative, and modern mental health brand—a brand that balances humor, empathy, and scientific expertise.

One of our initial and most triumphant campaigns helped establish our brand's importance in the market by addressing strong feelings like anger, worry, stress, tiredness, and loneliness. Each emotion was shown in a bold way using handmade writing, sending a clear message that it's normal to feel this way.

 

The campaign concluded with a compelling call to action, encouraging individuals to seek help when needed. Its impact was massive, garnering millions of organic views online and even securing free coverage from traditional media outlets like radio.

We Are Not Alone

During the early awareness phase, this campaign emphasized that sharing difficulties could alleviate burdens.
 
The yellow balloon-heart symbolized psychotherapy's power, encouraging openness about struggles and aligning with the brand's mission to destigmatize mental health.

During our app's launch, we spotlighted the convenience of accessing therapy sessions on your phone.
 
Using a custom 3D animation, we depicted a cozy office environment within users' mobile phones, underlining the comfort and accessibility of our sessions.

The Outcome

In less than two years, we helped Click to Therapy become the leading therapy platform in Greece, achieving a yearly revenue increase of 150%.

 

We also enabled thousands of people to access therapy for the first time in their lives, contributing to our broader mission of destigmatizing mental health issues.
